IDWeek 2024

Thanks to an unrestricted educational grant from GSK- ViiV, Fundación Huésped has a limited number of scholarships available for physicians treating people living with HIV in Argentina, Gulf countries and  Saudi Arabia, to participate in IDWeek 2024, which will be held from 16-19 October 2024 in Los Angeles, United States.

By completing the form below, you are applying for an in-person scholarship application.

Important information:

•  The number of scholarships is limited. Interested persons should complete the application form with all requested information to avoid delays in the review. Completion of the form does not guarantee approval of the scholarship. Final approval results will be sent by email in the next few days.
• The scholarship does not include medical insurance and/or travel assistance, nor does it include the processing of a visa and/or permit and/or any documentation required for entry into the country of destination.  
• From Fundación Huésped we will do everything possible to include a checked bag on all flights, but due to the baggage policies of each airline, we cannot guarantee it. If the airline does not allow us to include luggage, the corresponding cost must be covered by each passenger.
• Due to the policies of each airline, seat assignment  should be requested directly with each airline.

The applications from professionals who practice in countries other than Argentina, Gulf countries and Saudi Arabia, will not be considered.
